Monthly Book Extension Activities from the Virtual Book Club for Kids
I'm so excited to be joining up this year with the Virtual Book Club for Kids, which is an amazing group headed by Kristina at Toddler Approved, Cerys at Rainy Day Mum and Kim at the Educators' Spin on It! As a group these talented ladies get together to provide you with tons of book extension activities every month. So get ready to get reading and playing!
We had so much fun with our recent Chicka Chicka Boom Boom extension idea that I knew the Virtual Book Club for Kids would be a super fun experience for us. I'm so excited to get started!
The way the Virtual Book Club for Kids works is that each month there will be a featured author. The second Thursday of each month the participating bloggers will choose one book and do an activity based on the book.
You can play along too! Read one or all of the book selections and either do one of the featured activities or make up your own! If you would like to share your activity head on over to the Virtual Book Club for Kids Facebook page and post it there! Easy peasy and so much fun!
